David Syme, the newly appointed UCC/Ritmüller Classical Artist in Residence, treated the audience to a wide-ranging collection of Classical, Baroque, and Irish Traditional music during an October performance at the University College Cork (UCC). This event was among the first live performances held in front of an audience at UCC since the onset of the pandemic. David Syme performed on a magnificent 9′ 2″ Ritmüller RS280 Concert Grand, which was perfectly suited to the grandeur of UCC’s historic Aula Maxima venue, dating back to 1847.
